Inspirations
Hi Everyone,
I hope you will help me in compiling a list of things that you and I
are doing to make this world a GREENER
place. In doing this I'm hoping we will inspire each other to do
more and please remember it doesn't matter how big or small it is as
long as we are doing something. Please email me with what you are
doing and I will post it here. Also let me know if you want me to
post your name or not.
I got inspired to do this from a book I recently read called "The
Geography Of Hope" by Chris Turner. This book takes the reader
around the world describing what people like you and me are doing to
combat Global warming and how to live in a sustainable and socially,
nurturing environment.
I am looking forward to your suggestions.
Here is something I am doing....I've started replacing all my
incandescent light bulbs with compact flourescents. They use very
little electricity and they last a very long time.
Well the suggestions are starting to come in and I am thrilled with
what you are doing and it certainly has inspired me to do more.
